Who controls your data?
Your data is controlled by Parker Young Recruitment LTD. Parker Young cares about the privacy of both it’s clients and candidates, the following explains how and why Parker Young collects and processes your data in compliance with GDPR guidelines. Any use of ‘we’, or ‘our’, refers to Parker Young Recruitment LTD.
What data do we collect and why?
We will only use data given freely to us by you, or information that you have made public; for example, on job boards. We only collect your details for legitimate recruitment purposes and we will only collect data which is relevant to the recruiting process, for example; we need access to client and candidate data in order to establish the suitability of candidates for specific job roles.
Data which Parker Young collects includes, but is not limited to: Your name, address, your employment and education history, your employment preferences and your current salary. Your data is collected when you apply to job vacancies through our website and when you email us your curriculum vitae. We may collect further relevant data from you in telephone calls and interviews. We may also receive data which you have made public to recruiters on job boards.
Where is your data stored?
Your data is stored in our secure CRM system and will only be shared with third parties whom are relevant to your specific job search. Parker Young will never share data to third party advertisers.
Parker Young have the right to retain your data and may do so for the purposes of any potential future engagement with our service. If you do not wish for Parker Young to retain your data, you have the right to be forgotten by our system and to have your personal data deleted from our company database as well as the right to access your data and request for changes to be made to it.
