As Category Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic development, management, and expansion of one of our client's key product categories. Key Responsibilities: Innovate & Lead: Shape a cutting-edge product range by identifying market trends and understanding customer needs. Drive Sales: Create and execute dynamic sales strategies that exceed revenue targets and push the category to new heights. Promote & Inspire: Spearhead compelling promotional campaigns that capture customer attention and drive business growth. Collaborate & Succeed: Partner with design, sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to deliver exceptional results. Optimise & Grow: Analyse market data to continuously refine product offering and maximise profitability. Champion Our Brand: Oversee the successful rollout of the category across our client's retail estate, while ensuring teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
